3, inductive sensor

4, capacitive sensor
Capacitive sensors are generally divided into two types. Ie variable gap type and variable common area type. Variable gap type can measure the displacement of linear vibration. Variable area type can measure the angular displacement of torsional vibration.
5, inertial electric sensor
The inertial type electric sensor is composed of a fixed part, a movable part and a supporting spring part. In order for the sensor to operate in the displacement sensor state, the mass of the movable part should be large enough that the stiffness of the support spring should be small enough to allow the sensor to have a sufficiently low natural frequency.
6, piezoelectric acceleration sensor
The mechanical receiving part of the piezoelectric accelerometer is the principle of mechanical acceptance of the inertial acceleration, and the electromechanical part utilizes the positive piezoelectric effect of the piezoelectric crystal.
7, piezoelectric force sensor
In the vibration test, in addition to measuring the vibration, it is often necessary to measure the dynamic excitation force applied to the specimen. Piezoelectric force sensor has a wide frequency range, large dynamic range, small size and light weight, etc., and thus widely used. Piezoelectric force sensor works is the use of piezoelectric crystal piezoelectric effect, that is, piezoelectric force sensor output charge signal is proportional to the external force.
8, the impedance of the head
The impedance head is a comprehensive sensor. It combines piezoelectric force transducer and piezoelectric acceleration sensor in one, its role is measured in the force transfer point excitation force while measuring the point of the motion response. So the impedance head consists of two parts, part of the force sensor, the other part is the acceleration sensor, its advantage is to ensure that the response of the measurement point is the excitation point response. When used, the small head (force end) is connected to the structure, and the bulk (measuring acceleration) is connected to the force lever of the exciter. The signal of the exciting force is measured from the "force signal output terminal" and the acceleration response signal is measured from the "acceleration signal output terminal".
9, resistance strain sensor
Resistive strain sensor is the amount of mechanical vibration will be measured into the sensor element resistance changes. There are many forms of sensing elements that implement this electromechanical conversion, the most common of which is the resistance strain type sensor.
